Executive Search

We take a personalised and research-based approach to Executive Search by using a range of complementary strategies to identify the best possible candidates for you. 

Working on a variety of platforms, we ‘headhunt’ new candidates from mutually agreed organisations, search our extensive database for existing candidates, activate our referral networks and from time to time may also supplement the search activity with a “blind” advertising campaign.  

We firstly present you with a long-list of suitable candidates and then work with you to reduce the list to the top 3 – 5 candidates for client interview. All shortlisted candidates will have demonstrated a positive and professional attitude, in addition to the relevant “soft-skills” together with a suitable mix of experience and expertise to suit your brief.
