Interviews

Our objective is to make interviews a pleasant experience rather than a stressful one. To represent you responsibly we require as much information about your background, experience and education as possible. This will include a breakdown of current and desired remuneration.

Timely Communication

We endeavour to manage the entire recruitment process as quickly as possible. We also ensure that we update you on the progress of the assignment on a regular basis.

Reference Checks

Referees are often contacted between the first and second stages of the client interview process. They may be conducted by either the consultant or the client. Referees will not be contacted without your prior permission.
