Melissa Rosenthal is the founding director of South View Consulting, an executive coaching firm dedicated to improving business results through leadership development. Melissa’s philosophy is that true commercial acumen and inspirational leadership require a fine balance between intellect, intuition and investment. The goal for her coaching process is to enable changes in behaviour to create better leaders. Prior to establishing the business, Melissa built a track record of success and promotion in both Australia and North America. She has worked in senior roles in Product and Marketing in organisations including National Australia Bank, Suncorp-Metway, & HSBC. Melissa has a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia. She also has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. |
